Intending to use the same trademark on goods under different classes，an applicant shall apply for trademark-registration separately by classification．
违反本法规定，拒报或者谎报国务院环境保护部门规定的有关污染物排放申报登记事项的，环境保护部门或者交通部门的航政机关可以根据不同情节，给予警告或者处以罚款。
Upon the submitting no or false report on such registration items as required by the environmental protection department of the State Council for the discharge of pollutants，any violator of this law shal1, upon the merits of the case，be warned or fined by the competent environmental protection department or the navigation administration of the competent communications departments．
