2．2．2译为there be句型，强调客观存在
例29：即使经常给轴承润滑，还存在摩擦和一些磨损。

2．2．3主句主谓结构的对应翻译不符合英语表达的要求
2．2．3．1汉语泛指的人称主语，当提出建议、看法等，英译时宜省略(谁提出该建议无关紧要)
例3l：人们普遍认为陆地动物是由海洋动物进化而来的。
译文： animals are generally believed to have developed from sea animals．
比较：It is generally believed that land animals had developed from sea animals．
分析：原句及译文的主题是land animals，而比较句(归类于2．2．4)的主题是“⋯⋯进化
而来的”这一观点。
2．2．3．2句子主部结构译为从属性短语
例32：水稻育种经验表明，从杂交配组到获得纯合品系，通常需要7—10代的自交世代。
译文：As shown by past breeding experience of rice, it generally requires 7—10 generations of self-pollination to obtain pure lines from initia1 cross.
分析：“水稻育种经验表明”是作者态度或看法的插入语，宜译为as引导的特种定语从句as shown by past breeding experience of rice．如英语主部结构直译为past breeding experience of rice has shown that⋯，作为孤立的单句来译完全可以．但句子表达的侧重完全不同，语意连贯上难以承上启下。
2．2．4表示观点、态度、要求、告诫等的汉语无主句(或有泛指的人称)
        宾语的动词性结构转译为that引导的主语从句，译成it be+过去分词+that结构。
