通过和国际高水平期刊（IEEE, Springer, Elsevier 和Wiley等）的主编联系，有机会汲取了一些关于中国学生科技论文写作的建议：
一、中国学生科技论文的一些不足：

        参考文献的引用，应该充分，严禁，充分重视对同行工作的全面和客观评价。我们写论文时引用的参考文献不够严谨。Cite as much as reference papers you can (Chinese students do not take reference seriously.  Big mistake).
综述部分相对较好，但是对实验数据的分析不足，对仿真的完成相对简单，方法不够明确。结论不够清晰，缺乏对未来研究方向的指明。Chinese students usually have good review part of the paper, but lack of data analysis.  Simulations are too simple, unclear conclusions and lack of future research direction.

        二、科技论文的写作建议：

        In case of experiments, they have to be well described and provided with solid conclusions.
In case of simulations, they should be described in such a way that a reader could reproduce them easily.
Use a good typesetting system.
Target your audience. 目标读者不同，文章侧重点不同，介绍他人工作的顺序不同。向期刊和会议投稿的论文各部分侧重点略有不同。
Quoting other work is an established and proper practice in scientific research, but there is a fine line between quoting other work and uncritically quoting flawed assumptions invented by others.

        The significance of the work must be clearly explained in the introduction, where the question: why is this piece of work done and why should the readers (other experts in the field) should read and learn it.作为编辑和审稿人指出的黄金经验。

        All the conclusions must be clearly explained and fully supported by results.

        If all the results can be explained based on current understanding and easily predictable, the work is probably not very significant.对创新点的界定。
