6. The melt line installation is ready for long time operation when the same temperature is indicated at all temperature measuring points. After a waiting period of 6-8 hours the melt line can be started up.
7. Having reached the operating temperature, use a torque wrench to tighten all screw bolts to the required torque.
8. 1-2 days after plant commissioning check pipe work system once again completely.
9. tighter all flange connections at inner and outer pipe after a period of 2-3 weeks
10. Keep the operation of the pipe work systems as possible to avoid unnecessary system loads.
11. Caution: for cool down period of the melt line use the same procedure as noted under point 5 in reverse order!
