　　1.Is the paper scientifically sound?

　　2.Does the paper present new and original concepts? Principles, or methods? Constitute a useful review? Report significant new data?

　　3. Are the data sufficient to support the interpretations and conclusions?

　　4. Are the facts separated from the interpretation?

　　5. Are there errors in inference, interpretation, or mathematical analysis?

　　6. Can the title and/or abstract be improved?

　　7. Is the paper: clearly written? Concise? Of appropriate length? Well organized?

　　8. Does the paper-required editing/rewriting to improve the grammar and English usage? If yes, is the necessary editing/rewriting major or minor?

　　9. Could parts of the text be replaced by figures or tables (please specify)?

　　10. Are all the illustrations pertinent?

　　11. Are the references appropriate and adequate?

　　12. Should the paper be (a) accepted as is? (b) Accepted with miner revisions? (c) Accepted with major revisions? (d) Declined?
